Taxonomy facet - only show children of the archive term

If you're on a term archive page and you have a facet using that same taxonomy, the choices shown should only be children of the current term

If you make this, make it optional please. With a setting, or maybe with a hook or so. I have this situation many times where showing all terms is the prefered behaviour. For example I have items in in country+regions taxonomy. Items can be in multiple terms. On the term page I need users to be able to select items that are in other regions.
